We look forward to welcoming you to Jain Farms.

By making this booking you are entering into an agreement with Jain Farms.

Please take some time to read our terms and conditions before you make your booking.

The booking is not effective until the confirmation of receipt of the required payment. On receipt of the full payment written confirmation will be sent usually by email or by post on request.

The hirer must be aged 18 or over.

Room bookings cannot be made for more than 2 person occupancy. Any bookings will be invalid and may be cancelled without refund. We do our best to accommodate individual requests however we cannot promise to reserve your preferred choice of room.

Payments can be made through the secure area on the website or over the telephone using accepted credit and debit cards or by internet banking using IBAN and SwiftBIC

Cancellation charges – If you want to cancel more than 3 weeks before your reservation is due, your full payment will be refunded. If you cancel within 3 weeks of your reservation you will be charged 20% of the total payment.  The balance will be refunded to you. However, if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking there will be no refund, regardless of the reason. We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance to cover these risks.

Non availability – We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation became unavailable. Under these circumstances we will attempt to find you alternative accommodation. If this is not possible, or unacceptable to you, we would refund all of your payment made to us. Our liability will not extend beyond this refund.

Children are welcome at Jain Farms, but please note that we do not have a family bedroom. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Bookings that include children or infants must be made directly with Sue via e-mail or telephone so that the room and sleeping arrangements are suitable. Room reservations made for more than 2 people per room are invalid and no refund will be made.

Pets – We do not accept any pets within The Farmhouse or our grounds. We do have our own dog at The Farmhouse.

Arrival – Your bedroom will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival unless by prior arrangement. Should you wish to arrive later than 6pm please let us know so that we can ensure there is someone here to welcome you.

Late Arrival – Please ensure that you contact us no later than 6pm to let us know if you will be arriving after 6pm. If you are delayed please try and inform us of your amended arrival time, as failure to do so could result in a curtailment of your booking and treated as a cancellation.

Departure – We would ask you to kindly vacate your room by 10.30am on your day of departure unless a later time has been expressly agreed prior to arrival.

Liability – We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury caused to you or your property unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by us or our employees.

Privacy policy – Any data collected during the course of your booking will be stored on our computer/server. With permission we may contact you from time to time about promotions and offers. We will not share your data with a third party.

Tariff – The tariff and information listed was correct at the time of publication and may be subject to change without notice.
